If you’re not receiving notifications in the Walmart Seller app, follow these instructions:   

1. Go to Account > Notifications within the Walmart Seller app.  

2. Open any notification type to check if notifications are enabled.   

3. Once confirmed, exit the app.   

4. Go to App Details for Android or iOS and enable notifications.   

5. For iOS, go to your device Settings to choose which type of apps you’d like to receive notifications for. (For detailed iOS instructions, visit Apple Support).   

6. For Android, go to your device Settings and follow the steps for Turn notifications on or off for certain apps on Android’s Support page.   

If your screen is frozen or you can’t access certain features, we recommend force closing the Walmart Seller app and logging in and logging out again. If you’re still having issues, you can contact customer support. Go to Account > Support in the Walmart Seller app for more assistance.

The Walmart seller app is available from the iOS App Store across all countries except China, Canada, Mexico, Chile and countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions. The app can only be used to manage your U.S. Marketplace business and doesn’t support the management of Marketplace business in Canada, Mexico or Chile.
