Walmart Seller app: How do I issue a refund?

Participation in the Walmart Seller app is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in downloading the app, fill out this form.
Follow these instructions below to issue a refund via the mobile app.
Tap Menu and navigate to the Returns page.Â
Go to the Initiated  tab to select a return request and browse Return details. Â
On Return Details, tap Issue refund.   Â
You’ll receive a Refund will be issued confirmation.
