I am trying to complete the application process. I am a sole proprietor but there isn't an option for that. The drop-down only includes different types of corporations. Do you have to be a corporation to apply?

Hi everyone, I recently applied to become a marketplace seller, but my application was declined. I’m honestly not sure what went wrong, as I have several years of experience selling online. The process itself was quite difficult, especially business verification, so I’m wondering if I may have made a mistake somewhere in the application. Has anyone experienced a rejection before? Were you able to fix the issue and get approved later? I would really appreciate any advice on what I should check or improve before reapplying. Thanks in advance for any help!

Like many others, I have been waiting some time for verification despite having gone through this process easily with Amazon and other marketplaces. I've been waiting for 6 months. Since support does not assist with inquiries regarding verification, I just wanted to ask if anyone has any success stories to share? Have you recently onboarded successfully? How long did it ultimately take? What has the post onboarding experience been like - is actually selling and working with Walmart as bad as the onboarding experience? Really hoping someone has something positive to share as the experience so far has been really discouraging.

New Account Not Moving Forward from Verification

Our Business Verification was submitted more than 2 weeks ago and we have not received any follow up or requests for more information. Our Business details are all listed as "Verified" but the Verification process is listed as "In Progress". Is this typical for the onboarding process?

Account Inactive - No response from support

I applied last October and have been logging in to check the status periodically. A couple of weeks a go I signed in and it said my account was "inactive" and that I needed to contact support to have it reactivated. I contacted support via an existing open ticket (I added to the notes). That ticket has now been opened for almost 3 weeks even though the automated response said someone should contact me in 24 business hours. Is there any hope of onboarding or getting support? Can anyone who has been successful share what the process looked like for them?

Verification process has been incomplete for 6 Months

We submitted our company details for a seller account in August 2025, 6 months ago. I received the initial email telling us we are in "verifying" status and we haven't received an update since. There are no requests for additional business information that I've seen on the dashboard or through email. Is this normal??
