We have been approved to sell but have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for GTIN exemption requests to be approved. We also have a problem with duplicate listings that were uploaded during Express Setup. Multiple cases have been opened after out chats with agents but no movement on the cases. I have tried multiple times to get updates without success.

We are anxious to get started. Any help is appreciated.

how do I do my 3 step verification to start selling on Walmart

My Walmart Marketplace Wallet application was declined, and Walmart Seller Support confirmed that JPMorgan Chase makes the final decision. However, Walmart cannot provide the reason for the denial or appeal it.

I did not receive any verification request from JPM or Walmart.

Has anyone experienced this and successfully contacted JPMorgan Chase directly for a review?

I am experiencing the same issue with Walmart Marketplace onboarding.

My company is a U.S. domestic single-member LLC. I am the sole owner, and I have not elected to be taxed as an S-Corporation or C-Corporation. For federal tax purposes, my LLC is treated as a disregarded entity.

However, Walmart's Business Verification form only provides these Entity Type options:

• C-Corporation
• S-Corporation
• Partnership
• LLC – C-Corp
• LLC – S-Corp

There is no option for Single-Member LLC / Disregarded Entity.

I have reviewed Walmart's Business Entity Type guide, which states that LLC–C-Corp and LLC–S-Corp are LLCs that have made an election with the IRS to be taxed as those entities.

I also contacted Walmart Seller Support, but they referred me back to the same guide without telling me which Entity Type I should select.

I do not want to submit inaccurate tax information simply to complete the onboarding process.

Could a Walmart moderator please clarify:

1. Does Walmart Marketplace currently accept a U.S. single-member LLC taxed as a disregarded entity?
2. If yes, which exact Entity Type should be selected from the five options currently available?
3. If none of the five options is correct, is there a way to have the correct entity type enabled for the application?

I would greatly appreciate a specific answer from Walmart or from a seller who has successfully completed onboarding with this exact business structure.

Is there any way to get ahold or schedule time with an ACTUAL PERSON to get my businesses page and product updated. We had our V1 product listed but have had a few changes with a new launch and now I am having difficulty listing a new item that is in a restricted category. I have done all the steps, sent so many emails and have still not been able to come to a resolution. Why is it so hard to get ahold of an actual person! I list with Amazon and have a real team member that I can reach out to any time for support.

Official Document from the IRS for EIN verification keeps getting rejected. Created a case to ask why but there is no communication. Only me asking questions that are not being answers such as why my IRS document is being rejected.
