Walmart Seller app: How do I respond to customer messages?

Follow these instructions to respond to customer messages using the Walmart Seller app: 

  1. Tap Inbox .  

  2. Tap any message to view its contents.  

  3. Tap Reply.  

  4.  Use an existing template, insert tags or manually type your response then tap Send message.  

Notes:

Review our guide on how to respond to customer messages and our Customer Care Policy. Alternatively, you can respond to messages by tapping Push Notifications, which redirects you to customer messages.
