Walmart Seller app: How do I acknowledge an order?

Participation in the Walmart Seller app is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in downloading the app, fill out this form.
Follow these instructions to acknowledge an item or order in the Walmart Seller app:Â Â
- Tap Orders, then select the item to view Order details. 
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner then tap Acknowledge order. You’ll receive a pop-up: Order acknowledged.
Once you’ve acknowledged the order, you can tap Print packing slip, then select Print order to save it for your records. Â

You’ll also need to tap the Order tile to view all order details. Alternatively, you can acknowledge the order by tapping the CTA at the bottom of the Order details page.Â
