Walmart Seller app: When should I ship my order by?
Last updated on Aug 1, 2025
Reading time: 1 min
Walmart’s shipping and fulfillment policy requires you to ship orders on time and provide valid tracking numbers. Orders must be shipped and updated with a valid tracking number within the auto-cancellation window (ESD + four days) or Walmart will cancel the order and refund the customer.
Using the app, you can browse orders at risk of overdue shipping and update the status when shipped:
- Tap Orders > Filter.
- Filter by Ship by date (Today, Tomorrow).
- Once shipped, locate the order from the Unshipped tab and tap to view Order details.
- From the Unshipped section, enter the tracking information and tap Mark as shipped. The tracking status will change to Shipped until its delivered.
Pro tip
Opt for push and in-app notifications from Notification Settings to receive alerts for orders with ESD at risk.
