Notes

Participation in the Walmart Seller app is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in downloading the app, fill out this form

Walmart’s shipping and fulfillment policy requires you to ship orders on time and provide valid tracking numbers. Orders must be shipped and updated with a valid tracking number within the auto-cancellation window (ESD + four days) or Walmart will cancel the order and refund the customer.

Using the app, you can browse orders at risk of overdue shipping and update the status when shipped:

  1. Tap Orders > Filter.
  2. Filter by Ship by date (Today, Tomorrow).
  3. Once shipped, locate the order from the Unshipped tab and tap to view Order details
  4. From the Unshipped section, enter the tracking information and tap Mark as shipped. The tracking status will change to Shipped until its delivered.
Pro tip

Opt for push and in-app notifications from Notification Settings to receive alerts for orders with ESD at risk.
