Reading time: 1 min

You can receive timely alerts about your business through the Walmart Seller app. Additionally, you can manage these two types of notifications directly in the app, when you’re on-the-go:

  • Push Notifications: Get instant alerts directly to your mobile device, even when you’re not actively using the app.

  • In-App Notifications: Receive alerts within the Walmart Seller app by navigating to the Notifications tab from the left or bottom navigation.

For example, you can receive notifications related to low inventory, late delivery and order alerts. Notifications in the app are on the home screen of the Notifications page in the mobile app. You can choose to opt for push or in-app notifications so you can get alerts instantly.

Manage your notification preferences in two ways:

  • Walmart Seller App Settings: Go to the Account page within the app and navigate to Notification Settings for both push and in-app notifications. You can configure which notifications you want to receive, and how frequently.
