Troubleshooting
If you already have seller-fulfilled items in your catalog, you can quickly convert them to Walmart-fulfilled within Seller Center.
Make sure your items don’t have errors, are not WFS prohibited products and that the offer end date is in the future.Â
Convert a single item
Step 1 – Get started
Navigate to Catalog and select the item you want to convert to Walmart-fulfilled. Next, scroll to the end of the row and select the 3 dots. Choose Fulfill with WFS.

Step 2 – Item details and attributes
New sections and fields will appear for your Walmart-fulfilled item, such as compliance and trade item configuration. Once all the required fields are complete, select Submit. Then track the status to check for errors and compliance reviews. Â

Convert multiple items
Step 1 – Get started
Navigate to Catalog and select all items you want to convert to Walmart-fulfilled. You can also filter by fulfillment type to find all seller-fulfilled items. Next, scroll to the end of the row and select the 3 dots. Choose Fulfill with WFS. In the actions bar, select More actions and then Convert to WFS.

Step 2 – Download template
Go back to Catalog and select Add items. Then select the Upload in bulk link located under Add thousands of items using a spreadsheet. From the My files tab, download the WFS convert spreadsheet you just created. Â
Â
Fill in the blank fields with required information about your items. For best practices and tips on filling out the template, view Full setup template for WFS.Â

Your items can’t be published if required or conditionally required fields are missing. Modifying the data in the first 6 rows, changing the tab names and more may also lead to data errors. Go to Troubleshoot item setup errors to learn more.
Step 3 – Upload template
Once you’ve filled out the template, upload the file in the Upload tab. Select the Next button in the bottom right corner of the page to submit the file. To complete the uploading process, select Import items. Then track the status to check for errors and compliance reviews. Â
Our system will check for common errors — such as missing attributes, wrong data type, invalid check digit — within a few seconds. If there are any, the error report will download in your browser.  In the report, you’ll see the number of errors and descriptions in columns A and B. The cells that contain errors will also be highlighted in yellow. Correct the errors in the report and reupload it. Â

From Success Hub
Success Hub suggests items that could increase in sales if you convert to WFS. Here's how to convert suggested items:
- In Success Hub, select the Fulfill with WFS button.
- From the list of suggestions, select all items you want to convert. Then select Convert to WFS.
- Go to Activity Feed to download the template.
- Fill in the rest of the template.
- To upload, go to the Catalog page. Select Update items, then choose the Update with file option.
- Select Update all attributes as the template.
- Select Walmart fulfilled (WFS) as the fulfillment type.
- Upload the completed template.
Track status
After you submit an item, track the publishing status from the Uploads tab in the Activity Feed. If there are no issues, your item will be published.
- Feed ID: The reference ID for your template, generated during upload
- Errors: Select the eye icon in this field to see what the errors are.
- Status: Processed means that items have been successfully set up. Error means that there’s inaccurate data, or the item is being held for a compliance review.
- Feed Type: You can filter by WFS Convert to see only items that are being converted.
- Submitted: The number of items that were submitted in the template
- Processed: The number of items that successfully processed
- Pending: The number of items that are still being processed
- Error Report: Download the error report.
If there are any errors, make sure to fix them and resubmit in the Downloads tab of the Activity Feed. Check out Troubleshoot item setup errors and Troubleshoot WFS item feed errors for help.
If your items have hazardous materials, they may be put on hold for up to 3 business days for a compliance review. View the Pending review page for updates.
