Overview

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) allows sellers to store their inventory at Walmart fulfillment centers. When a customer places an order on Walmart.com, we’ll pick, pack, and ship the item to the customer on your behalf. WFS also handles all customer support and returns for these orders. The program enables you to spend more time focusing on increasing sales, while having confidence that your orders will be delivered quickly and with outstanding customer support.  The WFS end-to-end fulfillment experience comes with access to Walmart omni-channel capabilities such as our Free & Easy Returns program. Participating items are displayed with "2-day shipping" and "Fulfilled by Walmart" tags for increased product visibility, which may help improve conversion.

How does it work?

Create an account in Seller Center and add your WFS details. Then create or convert your products to Walmart-fulfilled listings. Next, you’ll send your inventory to your assigned Walmart fulfillment center, where we’ll store your products, prepare them for shipping when an order is placed, deliver your items, support your customer inquiries, and process any returns.
