USPS, FedEx and UPS support Ship with Walmart for packages shipped within the U.S. Yanwen supports Ship With Walmart for packages shipped from China to the U.S. 

Ship With Walmart is a service that’s available to any Marketplace seller who fulfills their own orders. To start using Ship With Walmart, go to your account in Seller Center, navigate to Shipping Profile and select Ship With Walmart. Then, add or choose a fulfillment center and select it as your Ship from address.

When you’re done, you’ll have the option to choose Ship With Walmart when buying shipping services. Depending on the country you’re sending packages from, different shipping options may be available. 

When you use Ship With Walmart to buy a shipping label, you’ll receive an estimated shipping cost based on the package dimensions and weight that you’ve entered.

When you use Ship With Walmart to ship packages, you’ll be charged based on the actual dimensions and weight measured by the carrier. 

The final shipping label cost appears in your Statements reports as Walmart Shipping Label Service Charge for shipping within the U.S., and Walmart International Shipping Label Service Charge for shipping from China.  

With USPS, you’re charged for the shipping label at the time that you create it. USPS will refund you for any unused labels. The refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.  

With all other carriers, you’re charged for the shipping label when the package is shipped. The charge will be deducted from your next Marketplace sales payment.

In Seller Center, navigate to Payments and select the Download link. Then, select Payments new report. The information is available in the Shipping Label Charge row of the Transaction Description column.

Walmart isn’t responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. However, you can file a claim with your carrier, and Walmart will reimburse you if the claim is approved.  

FedEx and USPS cover packages with a value of up to $100. Yanwen covers packages with a value of up to CNY 400. For more information, visit Dispute standards.  

If you’re shipping packages within the U.S., you can add insurance that covers the value of your package for as low as $0.33. Walmart doesn’t cover shipments from China.

If you’re shipping packages within the U.S., you can add signature confirmation coverage, which protects your shipment when a customer reports an item as not received. You can add this coverage when buying your shipping label.

You’re protected from late-delivery penalties if you ship orders on time. An order is considered shipped on time when:  

• The pickup scan has been completed: The actual ship time (the time when the package is scanned) is on or before the Ship by date. 

• The pickup scan is missing:

• The Mark as Shipped time is on or before the Ship by date, and

• The gap between the time received in the carrier’s origin hub and the Mark as Shipped time is within 24 hours.

Your carrier will make two delivery attempts. After the second attempt:

• Items shipped within the U.S. will be sent to the package’s return address. 

• Items shipped from China to the U.S. will be considered Lost After Delivery. Yanwen doesn’t return international shipments.
