Overview

With Ship with Walmart: Bring Your Own Account, you can use your own account via FedEx. In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up your own account with the carrier and purchase labels if needed.

Notes

If you use your own account to buy labels, you will not be eligible for any Walmart discounts, promotions, competitive pricing and benefits.

Step 1 – Get started

To link and add your own account in Seller Center, go to the Settings page at the top of the dashboard. Then, go to the Shipping Profile section and select Ship with Walmart.

Step 2 – Enter your account information

Choose Link new account. Provide your account information and Ground Shipper Number provided by FedEx.

These graphics are subject to change. Follow this guide for the latest instructions.

Notes

If you don’t know your Ground Shipper Number, contact FedEx support.

Step 3 – Assign a fulfillment center

Locate the fulfillment center you’d like to link out to by selecting the fulfillment centers that have already been added. If your fulfillment center doesn’t appear in the dropdown, choose Add a new Fulfillment Center. Once all the information is provided, select Submit to validate and link the account.

All linked accounts will appear as a list on this tab. You can either edit or delete the linked accounts.

Once you’ve followed these steps, you can buy shipping labels using the Ship with Walmart option.

Pro tip

You can only link one fulfillment center to one FedEx account. This is the fulfillment center and address associated with the FedEx account.
