Incentives from other Walmart programs cannot be combined with the Pro Listings Referral Fee discounts. Walmart reserves the right to verify eligibility, recalculate, or reassess the incentive benefits earned by the Seller under the Pro Seller program at its sole discretion. Walmart shall not be held liable for any errors or miscalculations that may occur in the process. In the event that Walmart determines that the Seller has received Pro Seller benefits that they were not eligible for or did not earn, Walmart may, at its discretion, offset such amounts from the Seller's account without prior notice.
Additional guidelines
The Pro Seller status refreshes on the fifth and 20th of every month. Once you’ve met all eligibility criteria, you’ll receive the highest tier you qualify for on the next refresh cycle. You may lose your status and the associated benefits if you fall below criteria for two consecutive refresh cycles.
The Your current tier section displays one of five statuses:
Pro Seller: You meet all the criteria of Pro Seller and are currently badged on Walmart.com.
Advanced Seller: You meet all the criteria of Advanced Seller. The number of remaining criteria to advance to the next tier is shown.
Rising Seller: You meet all the criteria of Rising Seller. The number of remaining criteria to advance to the next tier is shown.
Unrated: You’re currently not a part of the program. The number of remaining criteria to qualify into the program is shown.
Not eligible: You’re currently not eligible for the program and will get an exclamation icon above the remaining criteria. A banner on the top of the page will provide information on your eligibility.
The Your rewards section will display one of three statuses:
Available: Your current tier has unlocked the reward and you can view and utilize it.
Locked: Your current tier didn’t unlock the reward. The reward will be greyed out and show the tier needed to unlock it.
Not eligible: You’re not eligible for this reward. This may occur if your account does not meet the eligibility requirements of the reward’s program.
