Overview

The Review Acceleratorprogram encourages customers to share feedback about Walmart.com products after a purchase. They’ll be asked to write an honest review in exchange for a digital reward. In this guide, you’ll learn how to enroll eligible items, customize target reviews and change incentive amounts.

Enroll items

Step 1 — Get started

Navigate to the Review Accelerator page in Seller Center to review a list of eligible items for the Review Accelerator program. Then, select the Enroll items button. Eligible items are displayed in descending order. Items that have a greater chance of conversion are listed at the top.

Step 2 — Customize target reviews and incentive amounts

On the Review Accelerator page, choose either Bulk enroll or Enroll items. Then, on the Enroll items page, select the items you want to enroll.

You can customize the Target reviews and Incentive Amount tabs and change the values to whole number and dollar amounts.

Notes

The minimum allowed default incentive amount per each incentivized review is $5. The maximum amount is either the item’s current price or $50 (whichever is lower).

Step 3 — Enroll items

Once you’ve determined your target reviews and the customer incentive amount, select the checkbox next to each eligible item. Then, select Enroll 1 items and Confirm.

Notes

The eligible items list is refreshed by Wednesday of each week. If you can’t find a particular item on your eligible item list, it might already be enrolled by another seller. Only one seller can enroll an item at a time. It might also not qualify based on eligibility criteria.
