Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
If you already sell items on an external marketplace and want to sell those items on Walmart.com, you can seamlessly import your entire catalog to Walmart using our third-party provider. In this guide, you'll learn how to set up your Marketplace catalog in Seller Center using the importing tool.
You must have admin level access to Seller Center to use this item setup method.
Import your catalog
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to your Catalog in Seller Center and select the Add items button.
Step 2 — Import items
In the Import items section, select Import items. On the next page, select Get Started and follow the steps to connect to your external marketplace account. Once your items have been processed, they'll be imported into your Catalog as draft items for you to review.
The connection and import are managed by Versori, Walmart's Approved Solution Partner. Versori only imports content that you own, such as item titles and descriptions. Versori doesn't import images, so you'll need to add images to your items in Seller Center after your import is complete.

Step 3 — Review and publish items
Select Review items when your import is complete. On your Catalog page, a confirmation window will let you know how many items have been imported. Select View my drafts to review your items and make any edits needed. You must review the items in the Draft state and provide the required attributes, including images, selling price and fulfillment method, before your items can be published to Walmart.com.Â
Once you submit your item, updates can take up to four hours to process.Â
