Overview

The Pro Seller program rewards top performing sellers with benefits to stand out from competitors and opportunities to save. Once you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll earn a Rising Seller, Advanced Seller or Pro Seller status automatically. In this guide, you’ll learn about the criteria and rewards.

How does it work?

When you meet all the criteria on a refresh cycle, you’ll earn the highest status qualified and receive the benefits offered at that tier. Pro Seller metrics and downloadable reports data shown in the dashboard are calculated daily. To qualify, you must meet the following standards:

Pro Seller tiers

When you become a Pro Seller, you'll receive the Pro Seller Badge next to your business name on each of your Walmart.com listings. Once you’ve met all eligibility criteria, you’ll receive the highest tier you qualify for on the next refresh cycle. You may lose your status and the associated benefits if you fall below criteria for two consecutive refresh cycles.  To learn more about each tier, review the following chart:

Additional guidelines

Referral Fee discounts from other programs can’t be combined with the Pro Listing Savings discount. The seller’s offers may not receive a Pro Listing Savings discount if the seller is already receiving a higher discount from another program. Walmart reserves sole discretion in deciding what Referral Fee discount to apply to seller’s offer.

Walmart reserves the right to verify eligibility, recalculate, or reassess the incentive benefits earned by the seller under the Pro Seller program at its sole discretion. Walmart shall not be held liable for any errors or miscalculations that may occur in the process. If Walmart determines that the seller has received Pro Seller benefits that they were not eligible for or did not earn, Walmart may, at its discretion, offset such amounts from the seller's account without prior notice.

Walmart reserves the right to assess Pro Seller eligibility by reviewing the aforementioned metrics, as well as other performance metrics. There may also be other criteria not specified in this document, but which Walmart may use to determine if a seller is ineligible for the program. Walmart reserves the right to modify or alter a seller's Pro Seller status based on their performance, product or seller ratings. This includes the potential exclusion from reaching Pro Seller status, downgrading a seller's current status to a lower tier, or refusing any benefits related to the seller's status tier.
