The Listing quality dashboard provides insight into how well your items are performing on Walmart Marketplace based on several factors. In this guide, you’ll learn how to calculate your listing quality score.
How does it work?
Listing quality refers to how customers view your published items. In Seller Center, the dashboard displays your overall average listing quality score, your post-purchase quality score, and details about your published items. Your listing quality score can change over time based on your Content & Discoverability, your Offer and your Ratings and Reviews.
To access this dashboard in Seller Center, select Listing quality. Toggle option to filter by Trending Items, which shows items that have generated customer demand, or Walmart Fulfilled Items. To view your item’s score breakdown, select Details next to the item name.
Listing Quality and Post-Purchase Quality summary boxes will shift as you select or deselect Trending Items and Walmart Fulfilled filters.

1. Content & Discoverability
Content & Discoverability shows you areas where your item’s content can be improved by showing the number of issues you can fix to improve your score. To view them, navigate to the item and select Details in the Action column.
Content Issues are broken down by four main attributes: Item Name, Description, Key Features and Images. To make edits to improve an item’s issue, select Edit under the Action column.
Discoverability Issues shows several attributes including color, shape, and GTIN, indicating whether or not your item has issues. To update an item, select Edit.
2. Offer
Offer provides insight based on your item’s price, shipping speed and whether it’s available for purchase.
Price shows your price next to the competitive price. The item price doesn't impact your overall score. If the issue is No Match, you can submit a Price Match. If there is no data available, the dashboard will indicate No Data Available.
Shipping Speed measures the offer based on how fast you can deliver the item. To learn more about the various shipping methods, visit Shipping methods: Overview.
Published and In Stock shows how often your item is published and available for customers to purchase. The score is based on the last seven days. To learn more about your items published status, visit Generate an item report.
3. Ratings & Reviews
Ratings & Reviews measures an item based on the number of customer ratings and reviews it has. For more details about product reviews, visit Marketplace reviews: Overview.
To read your item-level reviews, simply choose # Reviews. You’ll have the option to filter by star ratings to see a quick summary of your item’s ratings and reviews. The recommended score section is based on whether customers on Walmart.com selected a review as recommended or not. (Review data may be delayed from Walmart.com to this dashboard).
