You no longer have to wait until the next business day to access your item sales data. With the updated Item Sales report available on the Sales insights page in Seller Center, you can now view same-day item sales information that refreshes approximately every hour. This way, you can gain earlier visibility into item sales performance, helping you monitor trends, track progress and make more informed business decisions throughout the day.

Finding your WFS shipment is now faster and easier. On the Shipping Plans page, search for shipments using SKU, item name or GTIN. Any shipment containing that item will show up in the results. That way, you can quickly look up and track any domestic or international shipment.

Search shipments

In accordance with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) e-Filing program, importers and domestic manufacturers of products imported for consumption, warehousing or U.S. commerce, must electronically submit Certificates of Compliance for products subject to a mandatory CPSC safety rule. Certificates must be filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time of entry.

This requirement is effective beginning July 8, 2026. Products admitted from Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs) will be subject to this requirement beginning January 8, 2027.

You’re responsible for complying with all applicable CPSC requirements and must agree to serve as the importer or designate an appropriate importer responsible for electronically filing product Certificates of Compliance.  Walmart will not serve as the Importer for any Marketplace seller.

The Search Insights dashboard in Seller Center now includes new features and updated reporting to help you better understand how customers discover and engage with your items in Walmart search. Some of these updates include expanded Catalog performance insights, enhanced Search query and Related keyword reports, new benchmarking metrics and Search optimization insights that could help you identify opportunities to improve your listing.  When used together, these reports can help you get the most from your search insights.

The Sales insights page under Analytics in Seller Center has been enhanced to provide a more comprehensive view of your Walmart Business sales data. You can now filter and analyze your performance across the Account sales report and Item sales report tabs. This update offers greater visibility into your sales and delivers deeper insights into your Walmart Business performance.

We’ve increased the Return Rate performance standard for Resold categories from 6% to 9%. This adjustment aligns better with industry practices and is designed to enhance the overall customer experience while ensuring more accurate performance evaluations.

You can now follow inventory through every stage of the journey, from the shipment to the transfer station and then to each fulfillment center. Get more visibility with checked-in and checked-out activity at the transfer station, so you can compare when inventory is scanned and when it leaves for its next destination. You can also view latest activity timestamps and monitor receiving at each fulfillment center to quickly identify issues. Enhanced tracking is available for eligible, domestic ITS shipments and does not yet apply to Walmart Imports.

You can now request a GTIN exemption for eligible, Walmart-fulfilled items. This gives you more flexibility during item setup when you don’t have a product identifier. Exemptions are especially useful for items that don’t have a standard GTIN or UPC, like private labels, handmade jewelry or Resold items.

We've updated the Rollback and Clearance guidelines to provide clearer direction for markdowns on special merchandising events and end-of-life or liquidated products.
