Seller-fulfilled Final Sale and hazmat items no longer require return exemptions
Effective immediately, sellers are no longer required to manually create return exemptions for self-fulfilled orders that include hazardous materials (hazmat) or Final Sale products. These orders will now automatically apply the appropriate return policy, based on product classification: in-store returns for most hazmat items or mail-back returns for fully regulated hazmat items.
This update streamlines the process, eliminating the need to request exemptions from the standard return policy. However, sellers will need to continue to create return exemptions for freight, multi-boxed items, and other specialized product categories.

Update to Walmart+ badge for seller-fulfilled eligibility criteria
We’ve revised the eligibility criteria for the Walmart+ badge for seller-fulfilled offers, reducing the required shipping time from three days to two. Now, when an item is set to deliver within two calendar days or less, Walmart applies free shipping (overwrite shipping price to zero) and Walmart+ badge to the eligible item. This enhancement supports faster shipping speeds and greater reliability, reinforcing the Walmart+ badge as a trusted symbol of dependable, and fast offers for our most loyal customers.
