Overview

Walmart’s New-Seller Savings program offers you up to $75K in incentives and benefits as you launch your new business on Walmart.com. In this guide, you’ll learn about this offer and how it may help you grow on Walmart Marketplace.

How does it work?

After you sign up for Walmart Marketplace, you'll be eligible to earn up to $75K* in savings–depending on the Walmart solution. In the table below, you’ll learn more about the offer and the Marketplace tools that can help scale your business and save money in the process.

Walmart Solution	Offer
Walmart Marketplace	Once your store goes live, you’ll be eligible to receive: 20% off base Referral Fees for your first $50K in gross merchandise value (GMV) 30% off base Referral Fees between $50K–$500K in GMV 40% off base Referral Fees over $500K in GMV
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)	Fulfill your items through WFS to receive 10% off fulfillment fees until you reach $2K in savings. **
Search Engine Marketing	Receive a 50% rebate, up to $1K, in Search Engine Marketing credits after eligible ad spend.
Walmart Connect	Eligible advertisers receive up to $500 in Walmart Connect ad credits to advertise your business. An eligible advertiser is a new seller that hasn’t yet advertised with Walmart Connect and that: has a Walmart Connect Ad Center account in good standing has at least one admin user registered to the applicable Walmart Connect Ad Center account has at least one item with Content Quality score of 80 or greater has at least one item that has fast shipping (three days or less) or utilizing Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)  Learn more about the advertising solutions available to Walmart Marketplace sellers.

How do I enroll in this program?

I’m an international seller. Can I still join Walmart Marketplace with New-Seller Savings?

Our U.S. Marketplace is now open to sellers based in: Canada, Chile, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States, United Kingdom and Vietnam. If you’re a seller based in these countries, you may qualify to join Walmart Marketplace. When you’re asked for a U.S. Business Tax ID, simply indicate that you don't have one and you’ll be able to submit a different form for your business verification. What are the minimum qualifications to join Walmart Marketplace?

To join Walmart Marketplace, you’ll need:

Copy of a Personal ID
Business Tax ID(s) (SSN not accepted) or Business License Number
Business entity classification
Supporting documents that verify your Business Name and Address
History of marketplace or eCommerce success
Products that have GTIN/UPC GS1 Company Prefix Numbers
Catalog that complies with Walmart's Prohibited Products Policy
A B2C U.S. warehouse with returns capability and ability to adhere to our Seller Performance Standards, or use Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
