The Recognized Reviewer program is a Review Accelerator solution designed to help you boost the number of reviews on your listings. This program allows you to provide free product samples to trusted reviewers in exchange for their honest, unbiased feedback. In this guide, you’ll learn how to enroll your items.
Meeting the listed item eligibility criteria does not guarantee program inclusion. Walmart reserves the right to determine item and seller eligibility at its sole discretion.
Enroll items
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to the Review Accelerator page under the Growth section in Seller Center. Then, select Enroll items and choose the Recognized Reviewer option to begin. All eligible items will be displayed on the item enrollment page.

To be eligible, items must have fewer than 10 reviews.
Step 2 — Select items and units to enroll
On the next page, select the checkbox next to each item or variant you want to enroll. For variants, select Add units to enroll, enter the number of units to send as samples and select Add # variants. For items, enter the number of units and select Add # items. You must enroll at least five units and can enroll of to 30 units per item group. There's no limit to the total number of items you can enroll at a given time.

You must accept the Recognized Reviewer program terms and conditions before submitting your enrollment. This is required once (during your first enrollment) and will be saved in your Seller Center agreements.
Step 3 — Confirm and enroll
Review your selected items and units on the Review & Submit page. You’ll see a summary of items, SKUs and units. Select Submit enrollment to complete enrollment. Once all enrolled units are claimed by reviewers, the item status changes to Completed. You may be able to re-enroll the item if it still meets eligibility criteria and hasn’t reached the maximum review threshold. You can use the Recognized Reviewer dashboard to monitor units enrolled, claimed and reviewed for each item.

You’re responsible for covering the full cost of the samples, associated shipping expenses and applicable program fees. The cost per review will be shown to you during the enrollment process. You'll only be charged for reviews that are published.
