Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
Walmart Seller app
If you sell on more than 1 eCommerce site, then Walmart Multichannel Solutions is perfect for you. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to fulfill customer orders from all your sales channels. Plus, manage inventory and returns from a central hub with help from Walmart’s world-class supply chain.
Why choose Multichannel Solutions?
Multichannel Solutions is ideal if you find yourself juggling customer orders across multiple eCommerce sites. Here are just some of the benefits:
- Fulfill on and beyond Walmart.com by offering customers fast, reliable shipping — wherever they shop.
- Save on cost with competitively priced storage and fulfillment, including order-level discounts.
- Choose between expedited (2 business day) and standard (3–5 business day) shipping.
- Tap into new sales channels with unbranded packaging and returns management.
- Streamline inventory by maintaining 1 pool to fulfill all orders.
- Automate customer orders with API integrations and solution providers.
Supported sales channels
We support any sales channel. Just make sure that customer orders and returns comply with the terms of service you’ve agreed to on the original eCommerce site. Our shipping speed and packaging should also be appropriate to the sales channel.
You have complete flexibility over which sales channels are fulfilled. By default, items are listed on Walmart.com, but you’re welcome to sell exclusively on off-Walmart channels.
Packaging & shipping speeds
We ship multichannel orders in unbranded poly bags or brown boxes with plain tape and dunnage. Choose what’s right for your sales channels with expedited (2 business day) or standard (3–5 business day) shipping.*
*Shipping speeds are not guaranteed during peak (October 1–December 31), sales events and other circumstances.

Multichannel fees
These fees are effective as of August 21, 2024 and are subject to change. Unique to multichannel, we offer an order-level discount for items with shipping weight under 30 lb. If a customer buys multiple units of the same item in a single order, there’s a lower fulfillment fee.
You can preview fulfillment fees based on shipping speed and shipping weight. Go to the Sales channel page, then select the Estimate fulfillment fees link.
Follow these steps to estimate fulfillment fees for yourself:
Choose a shipping speed.
Determine your item’s shipping weight. If your item weighs less than 1 lb., use the unit weight to determine the fee. If your item weighs over 1 lb., use the greater of unit weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight = (length x width x height in inches) / 139
To find the final shipping weight, add 0.25 lb. for packaging materials and round up to the nearest whole ounce or pound.

How does billing work?
Your account balance is a running total of Walmart.com sales and any fees for Walmart services, including Walmart Multichannel Solutions. View a summary of fees, payments and adjustments on the Payments page of Seller Center. For more detail, download the Settlement Report.
You must add a billing method to use Walmart Multichannel Solutions. This covers fulfillment, storage and return fees. At the end of each settlement cycle, we’ll deduct any fees from your earnings and charge the remaining balance to your billing method.
To add a billing method:
Log into Seller Center and select the gear icon in the page heading.
Choose Billing Services under Financial Settings.
Add a bank account or credit card. Bank accounts will take 2–3 business days to verify. Walmart currently only accepts US-based ACH payments.
If you don’t see the option to add a credit card, your account must first pass a risk assessment. Contact your Account Manager or Seller Support directly to request complete this process. Here’s some information to keep in mind if you’re interested in using a credit card:
The risk assessment typically takes 3–5 business days to complete.
Once your account passes the risk assessment and is approved, you’ll see the option to add a credit card on the billing method page.
Walmart accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and China Union Pay.
If you’re using a non-US credit card, it must be enabled for international charges.
If you have any issues adding a billing method, create a Support case.
