WFS accepts imports which meet the following requirements.

• You are responsible for clearing US Customs.
• You must meet WFS product requirements.
• Products must be properly prepared and packed under the WFS Routing and Packaging Guide.
• You must have a US address for returns.

At this time, we do not. Please work with a freight forwarding company to ship inventory to the US. You are also responsible for clearing US Customs before items arrive at a WFS facility. 

You are responsible for duties and import taxes. Walmart is not the importer of record.

No, Walmart does not. If you’re a US entity with an EIN, you should act as the ultimate consignee. If you don’t have an EIN, you’ll need to name another business. 

No, our preferred carriers can only pick up from a US warehouse. Work with a freight forwarder or your own carrier to schedule a delivery from the port to your assigned WFS facility.

Per compliance regulations, you’re required to have a US location where returns can be sent to if needed. 

No, you must use GTIN or UPC for labels.

We require 3 forms of shipment confirmation, including a detailed list of items included in the shipment. These documents must be in English or include an English translation. Go to Open a Dispute Claim for details.

WFS Canada and Mexico are available to select sellers. You can apply to join the waitlist, and the team will reach out to you. Please note that inventory must be shipped to the fulfillment centers in Canada and can’t be shared between US and Canadian facilities. Product requirements, fees, inventory preparation and more will also differ.
