A product variant group is a group of individual items that only differ by a few attributes—e.g., a pair of shoes that come in different colors or a T-shirt that comes in different sizes. The items in a variant group are displayed together on one item page on Walmart.com. As a Marketplace seller, you can create and manage variant groups in Seller Center or via Walmart APIs.

How does it work?
Create a new variant groupÂ
You can create a new variant group in one of three ways: using your Catalog page, uploading a template in Seller Center or via APIs. Check out Create a variant group: Items dashboard and Create a variant group: Full setup template for details.Â

Manage an existing variant groupÂ
Once you’ve created a variant group, you can add or remove items from the group, combine it with another group, separate it into two different groups or add new variant attributes to the group.
