Overview

Business.Walmart.com is Walmart’s eCommerce site dedicated to serving business and nonprofit customers. If eligible, you can enroll in the Walmart Business program to expand your reach and sell directly to business and nonprofit customers. In this guide, you’ll learn about the requirements to join the program and how to get started selling on the platform.

Notes

Participation in the Walmart Business program is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in selling on Walmart Business, you can apply here and your request will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check your enrollment status in Seller Center

How does it work?

To sell on Business.Walmart.com, you must be an active Walmart Marketplace seller with an account in good standing and a proven track record of excellent customer service and success selling on Walmart.com. Additionally, you must have products suitable for business customers, including but not limited to, product category fit and ability to ship in case packs or fulfill bulk orders.

The Walmart Business team considers your product offers and the last three months of shipping and customer service performance on Walmart Marketplace to determine your eligibility. If you’re a new seller, we recommend operating on Walmart Marketplace for at least three months before applying to sell on Walmart Business.

If eligible, you may automatically be enrolled or you’ll receive an invitation in your email after the review is complete. If you don’t receive an email 30 days after applying, visit Seller Center Exclusive Programs to check on the status of your application and enrollment.  There are no additional costs to joining the program, however, standard Walmart Marketplace Referral Fees apply.
