Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
Once you’ve enrolled in the Walmart Business program, you can download two types of reports to track your sales and view which items in your catalog are eligible for the program. In this guide, you’ll learn more about the reports available to you.Â
Participation in the Walmart Business program is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in selling on Walmart Business, you can apply here and your request will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check your enrollment status in Seller Center.Â
How does it work?
After you’ve become an active seller on Business.Walmart.com, you’ll be able to monitor your B2B transactions by generating the following reports: Â
B2B order report: This report includes your total sales from Seller Center. To download this report, navigate to the Orders dashboard and choose the Shipped tab. Select the checkbox to choose all orders. Select Download and choose your desired date range. Once the report downloads, you can view sales from your Walmart Business orders by filtering through the Platform Type column.Â
B2B item report: This report lists items that are eligible for the Walmart business program. To download this report, navigate to the Reports dashboard in Seller Center and choose B2B Item report from the On Request Reports dropdown menu. Once your request is processed, you can download the report under Report Activity on that same page.Â
You must be an active Walmart Business seller for 72 hours before you can generate the B2B item report. Â
