Overview

If you’re participating in the Walmart Business program, and you prefer not to offer a price on Business.Walmart.com that is equal to or lower than your Walmart.com price, you’ll need to remove the item from the program. In this guide, we’ll show you the various ways to do so.

Notes

Participation in the Walmart Business program is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in selling on Walmart Business, you can apply here and your request will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check your enrollment status in Seller Center.

Common Scenarios

1. You only want to remove an item from the Walmart Business program, but you want to continue to sell the item on Walmart.com.

What should I do?
Reach out to us by email and include your seller ID in the subject line along with the following phrase: B2B offer removal request. In the body of your email, include the legal company name associated with your Seller Center account. In an excel file, create a list of item IDs you wish to remove from your Walmart Business catalog, then attach it to the email.

Notes

Allow three business days for processing the request. We'll email you confirmation when your request is complete.

2. You want to remove an item from Walmart.com and the Walmart Business program.

What should I do?
There are two ways you can do this. You can retire an item or set the item’s inventory level to zero. With no available inventory, your item won’t show on either site.

Notes

It could take up to four hours for your inventory update to reflect on Walmart.com and Business.Walmart.com.

3. You want to opt out of the Walmart Business program entirely.

What should I do?
Fill out this request form. It may take up to 30 days to complete your request. If you need to be removed from the program sooner than the 30 days, consider using option one or two above.
