Notes

Participation in the Walmart Seller app is by invitation only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in downloading the app, fill out this form.

The Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Inventory page in the Walmart Seller app shows your current WFS inventory, including various inventory counts, statuses and item details. Your WFS inventory, including statuses and counts, is displayed in real time.

  • View inventory by status: This page provides an overview of your inventory. View your inventory by status via the tabs: In stock, At risk or Out of stock.
  • View item details: From the Inventory page select a specific item to view its details.
  • Search and filter inventory: Search for a specific shipment by selecting the search icon on the shipments page. You can search by selecting a tab: SKU, Item ID, Item name or GTIN.
Notes

Not all features of this tool are available on the mobile app. To take action on your inventory, use the desktop version of Seller Center.

Glossary

  • Status:
    • In stock: The item has more than 28 days of supply.
    • At risk: The item has fewer than 28 days of supply, including available to sell and inbound units.
    • Out of stock: The item has zero units available to sell.
  • Available to sell: Units that are available for customers to place orders against.

  • Unavailable to sell: Units that are temporarily unavailable for customers to place orders against, due to inventory movement or compliance checks.
  • Reserved: Customer orders placed for an item but not yet fulfilled. We subtract reservations when calculating available stock, so the item isn't oversold. When orders are shipped or canceled, the reservation count will decrease.
  • Inbound units: Number of units you’ve sent to WFS but haven’t been received yet. Items remain inbound until processing at the warehouse is complete.
  • Days of supply: How many days we anticipate your current available and inbound inventory will last based on your daily forecasted sales demand.

For more information on inventory details review the Manage WFS Inventory guide.
