Troubleshooting
Each prohibited product category has unique requirements that should be followed, or Walmart will automatically unpublish your items. To read the full policy, please read the Walmart Fulfillment Services Prohibited Products Policy and the Marketplace Prohibited Products Policy.
The contents of this document are subject to change without notice, so please check this page often. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their items comply with this policy and any future amended or updated versions.
What is the policy?
Any item that is classified as “fully regulated” as Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Materials for transportation by the United States Department of Transportation, and certain refrigerants, either sold along or contained in other products are ineligible for WFS.
Hazardous items include any product or chemical that is a potential risk to public safety or the environment when being transported, moved, or stored in commerce.
Any item that is deemed “fully regulated” by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or other shipping entities must be shipped in compliance with US shipping laws and regulation, and in accordance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Items subject to this WFS Hazardous Items policy are also subject to the Marketplace Prohibited Products Policy, including Hazardous Items and Recalled Products.
