What is the policy?

Products that have been recalled are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace. For purposes of this policy, the term “Recalled Products” refers to unsafe, hazardous, defective or non-compliant products identified by a regulatory authority or identified by the standards set by the manufacturer. In addition to Recalled Products, products that are the subject of warning letters, market withdrawals, regulatory press releases or safety alerts may also be prohibited.

In accordance with the Marketplace Retailer agreement, as a seller, you’re obligated to notify Walmart.com of all product recalls within 24 hours of becoming aware of the recall and will promptly provide Walmart.com with all information reasonably requested regarding the recall.
