Walmart Seller app
Walmart is committed to protecting the environment as part of delivering on our promise to save people money so they can live better. Part of that commitment is identifying and mitigating environmental risks. As sellers, you have an active role in this commitment. Walmart has numerous procedures to ensure potentially hazardous products are managed in a safe and compliant manner, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Walmart-fulfilled items that contain specific potentially hazardous components or chemicals will require additional screening prior to being eligible for the program. This process allows Walmart to comply with safety and regulatory requirements by providing our facilities with information to properly store, handle, transport and dispose of potentially hazardous products. Collecting this information is crucial to Walmart because failure to comply with these requirements poses significant safety and regulatory risks.
