The Bulk Attribute Editor helps you improve your Content quality score, which is one of the key components of your overall Listing Quality score. In this guide, you’ll learn how to use this tool to update multiple item attributes simultaneously, such as the item’s name, description, key features and images.Â
Some attributes can only be updated by the brand owner or authorized resellers.
Improve your content quality score
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to the Listing Quality dashboard in Seller Center and select Create spreadsheet to begin setting up your bulk edit file.
Step 2 — Generate your spreadsheet
Use the filters to sort items by Customer Favorites, WFS items, Attributes with Issues or Refine by Item. Under the Spec Category & Product Type section, select the radio button next to the product type to display all attributes for that product type. After selecting your filters and attributes, select Create spreadsheet to generate your file.

Step 3 — Download & submit your spreadsheet
When your spreadsheet is ready, select Go to Activity Feed to view it. In the Activity Feed, find your file under the Downloads tab and select the download icon under the Action column. Open the downloaded spreadsheet, fill in or edit the attribute values you want to change and save your updates. Then return to the Listing Quality dashboard, select the dropdown from Bulk edit via spreadsheet and choose Upload spreadsheet to submit your updated file.
Your score may not be updated immediately. Newly published offers may take up to a week to reflect within the Listing Quality dashboard.Â
