Bulk Attribute Editor

Overview

The Bulk Attribute Editor allows you to update content for several items at once. In this guide, you’ll learn how to use this tool to improve your Listing Quality score for multiple items, saving you time and effort. 

Using the Bulk Attribute Editor

Step 1 — Get started

Navigate to the Listing Quality dashboard in Seller Center and select the Create spreadsheet button.

Step 2 — Apply filters

Use the toggles to view the types of attributes you want to edit: 

  • Customer Favorites: Your most-searched and best-selling items. 

  • WFS Items: Your active Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) items. 

  • Attributes with Issues: Attributes that need to be edited to improve your Listing Quality score.

Notes:

The WFS Items option only displays if you have items that are Walmart-fulfilled.

Step 3 — Choose attributes

Navigate to the Spec Category & Product Type column and select a category to view the product types in that category. Each category displays the number of items in your catalog that are assigned to that category. Choose the product types and then the attributes you want to update.

Once you’ve chosen your product types and attributes, you can select the Refine by Item button to view performance data for and make edits to specific items. Use the Filters menu to filter and review items based on their Listing Quality score, GMV, and Pageviews. Select the menu button at the end of each item row to report an incorrect product type.

Step 4 — Download the spreadsheet

Select the Create spreadsheet button to create and download your spreadsheet.  A spreadsheet can contain up to 5,000 items. If your request contains more than 5,000 items, multiple spreadsheets will download.

Open the spreadsheet and make your updates. When you’re ready, return to the Listing Quality dashboard and select the Upload spreadsheet button to upload your spreadsheet.
