Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
The Bulk Attribute Editor allows you to update content for several items at a time. In this guide, you’ll learn how to use this tool to improve the listing quality for multiple items at once, saving you time and effort.Â
Using the Bulk Attribute Editor
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to the Listing Quality dashboard in Seller Center and select Create Bulk Attribute Spec.

Step 2 — Apply filters
To edit your content in bulk, check the filter toggles at the top of the page to ensure that the relevant items appear. Trending Items are items with high consumer demand, WFS Items refer to active Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) items, and the Attributes with Issues filter will show you the attributes that can be improved to raise your Listing Quality score.Â

You'll only see the WFS Items option if you're enrolled in the WFS program.Â
Step 3 — Select item attributes to update and create a spec
You must select which Spec Category and Product Type you want to update. You can view the number of SKUs you have listed in your catalog assigned to each category to the right of the category title, which can help you prioritize updates. Expand each Spec Category option to browse the product types and select an option. Once you have chosen the category and product type, select one or more of the available attributes that our system has found to contain issues.

Â
Select Create Spec to download a pre-populated sheet for bulk edits or make specific item selections using Refine by Item. Specs can contain up to 5,000 items at one time. If your request contains more than 5,000 items, multiple files will be generated.Â
The Refine by Item view displays items with issues related to the attributes selected on the previous screen. Refine by Item allows you to search for specific offers based on the desired range of Listing Quality score, GMV, or Pageviews. Select Apply to refine the list of items and select products to create a spec.Â
For additional information about certain dashboard features, hover over the circled "i" for term definitions or clarification about the feature.Â
Step 4 — Download a bulk attribute editor template
Now that you have built your spec, download it to make the necessary updates. Select File Center under the Analytics heading. This dashboard shows the requested spec sheets by Category and Product Type. When your file is ready, choose Download under the Status column to get started. These specs only contain the attributes you selected in the previous steps.Â
Once you fill out the spec with your updates, upload the completed file in the Upload tab. Simply drag and drop the file to the upper right-hand corner or select click here to choose the file from your computer.Â
