Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
The Walmart Pre-Owned Program is designed to help enable participating Walmart sellers list or sell gently used or pre-owned items and other similar products that meet the applicable item condition requirements on Walmart.com.
Pre-owned items enrolled in the program will have visual tags listed on the item’s page on Walmart.com to indicate the item’s condition and will be present throughout the customer’s journey. In this guide you’ll learn about program eligibility and requirements, eligible product categories, and performance standards so that you can enroll and participate in the Walmart Pre-Owned Program.
Participation in Walmart Pre-Owned is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you haven't been invited to enroll, the following information isn't relevant to you. If you sell gently used or pre-owned products and are interested in applying to the Walmart Pre-Owned Program, contact your strategic account manager for more information.
Program eligibility
Eligibility for the Walmart Pre-Owned Program is discretionary and determined on your ability to offer pre-owned items that meet one of the item conditions available in that category. Additionally, you must be in good standing and have a record of meeting our Seller Performance Standards. We will conduct account and inventory reviews for adherence to the pogram requirements prior to approval, and during the program.
If you’d like to apply or be considered for the Pre-Owned Program, see Walmart Pre-Owned: How to apply to learn how you can submit an application for review. If you receive an invitation and meet the requirements, you’ll be able to enroll in the Walmart Pre-Owned Program, and you’ll have to accept and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
Eligible product categories
Eligible product categories are available to choose from during the item setup process. If the category isn’t available for selection during item setup, then the product isn’t eligible to be enrolled in the program. If you need assistance with troubleshooting eligible items or have questions about item eligibility, select the Help button in the Seller Center menu bar to contact Support.
Program performance requirements
If approved to sell and list gently used items in the Walmart Pre-Owned Program, you are required to comply with the Comprehensive Program Retailer Agreement, the Retailer Policies, the Seller Performance Standards and the Returns policy. Our standards ensure high-quality and consistent customer experiences on Walmart Marketplace.
The Walmart Pre-Owned Program has a zero tolerance for counterfeit items. Violations of this policy will lead to consequences, up to and including suspension and/or termination of your account.
