Walmart Restored: How to apply

Overview

Walmart Restored is designed to help approved sellers offer high-quality refurbished items on Walmart.com. Walmart strives to provide a superior shopping experience where customers can discover, compare and shop for quality refurbished products that look and work like new.  

At present, the Walmart Restored program focuses on Grade A and Grade B refurbished merchandise. Products sold in this program must be "like new" with no signs of cosmetic damage from 12 inches away. 

Notes

Walmart Restored is an invite-only program. If you haven't been invited to enroll in the Walmart Restored program, the following steps won't work for you. If you sell refurbished products and are interested in applying or if you're interested in the Walmart Restored Premium program, please contact your account manager for more information.

Apply to Walmart Restored 

Walmart Restored is an invite-only program. If invited, you can apply to and enroll in Seller Center using the following steps: 

Step 1 – Get started

Navigate to the Exclusive programs page under the Growth section in Seller Center.

Step 2 – Complete details

Select Apply on the Walmart Restored program card and fill out the eligibility questions on the consequent page to confirm you qualify for the program. Once you’ve completed the questions, choose Submit

Step 3 – Acceptance

If you qualify for the program and are accepted, you'll be redirected to an acceptance page.  

  • If you don't qualify for the program based on your responses, we'll review your application and will contact you if additional clarification is needed. You can also reach out to your account manager.

Step 4 – Submit

Next, review the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox if you agree, then choose Submit. You can also save and download a copy of the Terms & Conditions for your own records or future reference.
