The "Rollback" price tag isn't available to Marketplace sellers; it's only visible on items sold by Walmart.  

New reviews will appear on the listing within five to seven business days. If a review is not posted within that time, it may have violated one of Walmart's review guidelines.

The promotional price must be at least 10% lower than the Was Price or List Price for strikethrough to appear. The Was Price or List Price are used as a reference price for your items.

The "Was Price" is either the 90-day median price paid by customers for the item on Walmart.com (excluding special promotions like holiday campaigns, limited time deals, rollbacks and clearance) or the median price offered by Walmart or Marketplace sellers for the item on Walmart.com  for at least 28 out of the last 90 days (excluding special promotions like holiday campaigns, limited time deals, rollbacks and clearance).

No, promotions are set at the item-level. It's not possible to offer deals or discounts to individuals. Offering deals or discounts to individual customers constitutes marketing/solicitation and is prohibited in the Marketplace Retailer Agreement.

Promotion updates can take up to four hours to publish. For this reason, you should upload your Price and promotions template in Seller Center at least 24 hours before you want the promo to begin. As a reminder, the start and end times of your promotions are in Universal Time Zone (UTC) and not in your local time zone.

The lowest promotional price you've set up for the relevant time period will be displayed. This action may also alter the strikethrough that your item may be eligible to receive while the promotion is in effect.
