Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
Participation in the Walmart Seller app is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. If you’re interested in downloading the app, fill out this form.
With the Walmart Seller app, you can add tracking information, scan a label with your phone, edit tracking information and mark an order as shipped. Follow these instructions to update your tracking information:
Tap Orders.
Locate the order from the Unshipped tab and tap to view Order details.
From the Unshipped section, enter the carrier from the dropdown menu. If your carrier isn’t in the menu, select Others and enter the tracking number and URL in the designated field.
Enter the tracking number or tap the scan barcode icon to scan the shipping label with your phone.
Tap Mark as shipped. The order status will change to Shipped until its delivered.
Once you’ve marked an order status as Shipped, you can edit the tracking number for up to 24 hours or until the carrier first touch scan is received in the Walmart system, whichever is earlier.
