Walmart Seller app
The app can only be used to manage your U.S. Marketplace business and doesn’t support the management of Marketplace business in Canada, Mexico or Chile. The Walmart seller app is available from the iOS App Store across all countries except China, Canada, Mexico, Chile and countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.
We recommend avoiding canceling orders since it may negatively impact your performance metrics. You must maintain a cancel rate of less than 2% to comply with Seller Performance Standards.Â
Follow these instructions to cancel an order in the Walmart Seller app if necessary:Â
Tap Orders.Â
Select the three horizontal dots from the top right of the Order details screen and select Cancel items.Â
Select the item to cancel and the reason from the menu choices.Â
Tap the Cancel items button. A success message will appear.Â
If a customer cancels an order, you’ll need to acknowledge the cancelation in the app.
