We recommend avoiding canceling orders since it may negatively impact your performance metrics. You must maintain a cancel rate of less than 2% to comply with Seller Performance Standards.
Follow these instructions to cancel an order in the Walmart Seller app if necessary:Â
Tap Orders.Â
Select the three horizontal dots from the top right of the Order details screen and select Cancel items.Â
Select the item to cancel and the reason from the menu choices.Â
Tap the Cancel items button. A success message will appear.Â
If a customer cancels an order, you’ll need to acknowledge the cancellation in the app.
