The app can only be used to manage your U.S. Marketplace business and doesn’t support the management of Marketplace business in Canada, Mexico or Chile. The Walmart seller app is available from the iOS App Store across all countries except China, Canada, Mexico, Chile and countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.
You can’t apply return shipping charges to customers. Additionally, you can’t apply restocking fees to customers except for eligible items. For the full list of exemptions and returns policy, visit Returns policy.
