Walmart Seller appNew
For a fair and easy returns experience for our customers, haggling, which is the negotiation of returns and refunds, isn’t allowed. In this guide, you’ll learn more about the policy.Â
What is the policy?Â
When a customer requests a return, you’re prohibited from negotiating alternative solutions, unless explicitly authorized through Walmart's Partial Keep It Rules or other pre-approved resolutions. If you’d like to offer a customer the option to keep an item at a discounted price, you must set the discount threshold using the designated Partial Keep It Rules before the time of purchase. If a customer declines the partial refund, you must process a return request.Â
Walmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate sellers who don’t adhere to Partial Keep It Rules and try to haggle with customers.Â
