How does it work?
A review may be eligible for removal if one or more of the following conditions apply. If you have questions, select the Help button in the Seller Center menu bar to contact support.
Removal reason | Description |

Inappropriate images or videos | Media contains obscene, profane, unrelated or otherwise inappropriate content. |
Inappropriate or prohibited content | The review contains abusive, obscene, vulgar, harassing, discriminatory or illegal content. |
Inauthentic review | The review doesn't reflect a real customer's honest opinion of their purchase experience. |
Incorrect star rating | The star rating doesn't match the sentiment expressed in the review. |
Off-label use/ medical claims | The review promotes unsafe use, makes unsubstantiated health claims or provides medical advice. |
Customers can leave a "Ratings Only" review without written feedback. These reviews are generally not eligible for removal.
