Step 2 — Download the report

Next, select Generate report to download the report.

Search query report metrics

The Search Query Report gives you an in-depth view of the following:

  • Added to cart share: This indicates the percentage of ATC received by the item compared to all other items impressed for their query. It also represents the likelihood of the item being added to the cart after appearing in search results.
  • Click Share: Click share indicates the percentage of clicks an item receives compared to all other items impressed for that query.

  • Frequency Rank: The frequency rank indicates how popular a query is. (Ex. Rank 500 indicates that the phrase is the 500th most popular query on Walmart in the selected time range).

  • Impressions Share: This indicates the percentage of impressions received by the item compared to all other items impressed for that query.

  • Number of Competing Products: This represents the number of items that appeared in search results for which the associated query was searched. Helps you identify the competing products displayed to customers.
  • Number One Clicked Product: The top clicked product after this query phrase was searched.
  • Query Score: This represents the rank of the search query based on traffic and sales to this item. Lower rank indicates higher traffic share. This score helps you identify the top performing queries for an item.

Notes

Data is only from search results and doesn’t include data from other product discovery experiences visible on Walmart platforms.
