Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
You can use our self-serve Media Library to make your items stand out by incorporating interactive or rich media into your product listings. You can add videos and 360-spin images to help improve search results, increase order conversions and reduce the frequency of returns.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to add media (video and images) to your Media Library and manage your rich media.
Using the Media Library dashboard
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to the Media Library in Seller Center.
Step 2 — Add media
Adding media
If you're a brand owner who wants to add media, navigate to the Media Library in Seller Center. If you’re a non-brand owner, navigate to the Media Library in Seller Center. Then, select Register your brand.
Adding Video
To upload a video and add additional details, navigate to Add media and select Videos. Then, upload your file in the Video section in the Drag and drop a file or browse section. The video will take less than 60 seconds to process. Once you’ve added the video, fill out the following fields: Video title and GTIN. You can also fill out any other recommended fields. Then, select the Submit button.
When you add a video, the file must be 100 MB or less. There's a 200-character limit on the video title. Additionally, only brand owners can add videos and 360-spin images.
Adding 360-Spin Images
You can add interactive 360-Spin Images in the Media Library for a detailed snapshot of your items. Go to your Media Library and navigate to the Add 360-spin images page to add or drag and drop 24 images (JPG, PNG), not exceeding 1MB. Add a descriptive title under Title. Additionally, you can navigate to Add images to item and search the catalog for GTINs. Then, select Submit.
You can upload all images (24) when you navigate to the Add 360-spin images section. Make sure your images meet our guidelines and requirements before uploading.
