Overview

Interactive or multimedia content, also known as rich media, can provide an enhanced experience for customers because the content dynamically shares product highlights and features. Adding rich media to your product listings can also help improve search results, increase order conversions and reduce returns.

In this guide, we’ll provide details about the types of rich media that can be displayed on Walmart.com, which hosting services are available to Walmart Marketplace sellers and how you can submit rich media content.

Notes

Below the Fold Content will be available here in a future state but is not supported at this time in our self-serve portal.

How does it work?

This table lists the different types of rich media that can be used on Walmart Marketplace, including the requirements for submission:

360-Spin Images

A series of still photos that give the impression of an object rotating. This feature allows customers to hold-and-drag an image to see all the angles of a product.

Videos
