Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
Keep your WFS contact information up to date in Seller Center so we can effectively communicate product updates, training opportunities, answers to your Support questions and more. In this guide, learn how to manage your WFS contact information.
Â
Step 1 – Sign in
Log into Seller Center and go to Manage Contacts under the Settings menu.

Step 2 – Add contacts
Add or edit the unique information for each of these roles. Each person should have their own email:
- WFS Account Manager Contact
- WFS Content Manager Contact
- WFS Warehouse Manager Contact
Your account manager is the primary point of contact for all WFS communications and Support cases. If we don’t get a reply from them within 4 days, we’ll contact your content manager and then your warehouse manager.
Any non-Support-related communications will only be sent to the account manager. We’ll send any content-related communications straight to your content manager.
