Yes, Walmart Brand Portal services are currently offered only for the U.S. Marketplace. 

Walmart.com operates a publicly available webform for reporting alleged instances of intellectual property infringement. 

Walmart runs on a unified catalog and therefore resellers can appear and sell on the same listing. Walmart doesn't intervene in any authorized or unauthorized reseller arrangements. Additionally, Walmart doesn't take a position as to the enforcement of any contractual relationship between third-party sellers and their suppliers or between a claimant and Walmart’s suppliers. 

We encourage you to contact the sellers directly to resolve the matter. You can find their contact information by scrolling down the listing and choosing the specific seller’s name.  

Yes. If you're utilizing the same email address for both your Supplier One and Marketplace accounts, you'll get an option to connect these accounts once you log into Brand Portal. However, if you've used different email addresses for your Supplier One and Marketplace accounts, you'll need to invite the email address you used for Supplier One as an administrator from within Brand Portal.

This action will initiate the connection between Marketplace and Supplier accounts during your next login. Your updates will be recognized with brand owner privileges while using both Supplier and Marketplace tooling through connecting accounts.  

Alternatively, you can also register the same trademarks that were previously registered in Supplier One in the Brand Portal if you're not able to connect accounts.
