I am experiencing the same issue. By Federal Law and Walmart, we are required to have document issued by the IRS. My document from 2017, which I use on Amazon, since 2018 legally states that my EIN is a SOLE/MBR.

I am listed on Amazon as a Single Member LLC, since 2018.

I have opened a case on Walmart, requesting that they enter this Entity Type: Single Member LLC

to conform to Federal Law.

Verification LLC Corporation States Certification number USDOT I'D #

For Walmart Seller Verification; Business ID .
