Here’s how you can proceed:

Start by logging on to Seller Center and navigate to the Home page. Find the onboarding section, which displays your onboarding progress. Then look for the Business verification area within this section to check your verification status and see if there are required actions or documents.

You would also receive email notifications with instructions to any additional uploads or actions needed for your account verification.

I had to send them an email to follow up with what was going on with my account verification and not being active. They told me that they were very backed up and it took me about 3 months to get approved and active. So I would send them an email to see what is going on with your account. And it'll probably take them a few days up to a week to respond.
