Release Notes

For items with over 50 reviews, we will assess star ratings, review recency, and community feedback while calculating overall item rating. For items with fewer reviews, the overall star rating will be averaged. Reviews related to fulfillment issues caused by Walmart are not factored into the overall rating. This new system will be launched in phases by item category with completion for all impacted items slated for October 30, 2024.
