Walmart GoLocal is changing the delivery landscape one order at a time. Walmart GoLocal is a delivery service for businesses looking to offer local delivery to their customers, with the speed and service they’ve come to expect.

With the help of local drivers, our goal is to offer best-in-class delivery service to third-party (3P) businesses and bring orders to customers in as little as 15 minutes. In addition to exceptional customer, driver, and associate experiences, Walmart GoLocal also provides external APIs, documentation, sandbox, and simulation tools.

After signing up with Walmart GoLocal, client companies can work with a Walmart representative to use Client Center to set up their Pickup points, access Dispatcher to manage and track deliveries, and track analytics related to their delivery service.
 

About Client Center

Client Center is a multi-service platform that provides the customization of your company details, GoLocal delivery options, Pickup point specifics, and user definitions together in one place (with more services to come!). Client Center was specifically made to be accessible on multiple devices. This is especially useful for store employees who need to use the app on a handheld device.
 

Here are some of the great features Client Center provides:

• Shows a company's delivery service settings and subscriptions, such as alcohol and cold chain special handling, the maximum distance a store will deliver, whether returns are enabled or disabled, and same-day or scheduled delivery

• Displays the Pickup points a company has set up and provides drivers with instructions for finding these locations

• Provides a quick link to Dispatcher

• Analytics about deliveries, including the average driver wait time and metrics summary report, for individual or all of a client's Pickup points.
