If you’re approved to use Social Commerce to upload videos or images, you must meet the applicable content requirements on Walmart.com. In this guide, you’ll learn about the requirements for successfully uploading Social Commerce content.

Notes:

Participation in Social Commerce is by invitation-only and not available to all Marketplace sellers. Walmart reserves the right to remove social content that violates this policy or its guidelines.

What is the policy?

Allowed	Prohibited
Influencers 18 years or older and based in the United States U.S. based websites	Any sexual, provocative, nude or semi-nude imagery This includes any guns, drugs, or illicit substances; or activities deemed unsafe Content that features: Alcohol in any form Playing with guns, sharing copyrighted images or making any sexual references Profanity Content that violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, nor may it violate the terms of this agreement Content that violates the intellectual property rights of Walmart or its suppliers, or that disparages Walmart employees or agents Illegal activities or depict any involvement with crypto or virtual currencies Media that displays illegal activities or depicts any involvement with crypto or virtual currencies
