The Metrics Summary Report is full of helpful data and statistics for assessing performance. Let's walk through how to access the report and what you can find in it.
What's in the Metrics Summary Report
The report displays a table of delivery metrics for one, multiple, or all Pickup Points for the date range specified.
Here's a breakdown of exactly what each column in the report means:
Pickup Point Name
This is the name given to the store or pickup location where drivers collect and load orders for delivery. It's visible throughout Client Center.
Pickup Point ID
An ID that the client company uses internally for the store or pickup location. This ID is visible in Dispatcher to track deliveries and used for API integration.
On Time Delivery Rate
The success rate for how often drivers meet the expected delivery time.
Avg Driver Wait Time
The average time a driver spends at a Pickup Point, including the time it takes for orders to be loaded into the driver's vehicle.
Delivery Statuses
View a summary of all delivery statuses for the date range specified. These statuses include:
In Progress Deliveries
Completed Deliveries
Returned Deliveries
Cancelled Deliveries
Access the Metrics Summary Report
After you sign in to Client Center, select the Analytics tab. The Delivery Dashboard opens.
From the Leaderboard, click the View All Metrics button. The Metrics Summary Report opens.
Click the date range link to specify the date range for the metrics shown in the report. The calendar opens.Â
Select specific days to set the date range, and click SAVE. The calendar closes and all metrics for the specified date range display.
