Dispatcher stores all the info you need to know about a delivery, including the customer's name, address, special instructions, and much more! Let's walk through how to find this info.
How to Locate Order Details for an Individual Delivery
Go to Client Center and sign in. After you sign in, the Dispatcher page opens.
Select or enter a Pickup Point from the Pickup Point drop-down and select a delivery date and press Apply.
Notes
You can use the All Filters button to edit multiple filters and then click Apply. Similarly, use the Clear All button to remove filtered values from all filter categories.
The dashboard populates with results.
